I had high hopes for my stay at Royale Chulan Bukit Bintang, given its location in the heart of Bukit Bintang. but I encountered several disappointments. The service left a lot to be desired, particularly at check-in, and the room's outdated condition didn’t help either. On a positive note, the pool was enjoyable, and the location was perfect for accessing major shopping venues.
